Sharon Graugnard-Fall has been a business consultant, planner and strategist for more than twenty-five years. Ms. Graugnard-Fall assists executives and management teams design sustainability programs integrating energy management and sustainable business practices into core business operations  Ms. Graugnard-Fall works closely with her clients to develop and execute sustainability plans aligned with their

business strategy and their top business priorities. She develops resource management and sustainability strategies not focused on projects but rather fundamental changes in business process.

For the past six years, Ms. Graugnard-Fall has worked with the      Northwest  Energy Efficiency Alliance's BetterBricks program, www.betterbricks.com.  She has led the development and implementation of strategic and sustainable resource management programs for complex hospital and healthcare systems.These plans have produced significant benefits for these organizations including;
