Sharon Graugnard-Fall has been a health care business consultant, planner and strategist for more than twenty-five years. Ms. Graugnard-Fall assists business owners, executives and management teams with business strategy, strategic energy management design and sustainable business practice support. She has consulted with healthcare clients across the country from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses. Ms. Graugnard-Fall works closely with her clients to develop and execute

business strategies tailored to each client's unique business needs and their top business priorities. She helps clients develop business strategies and plans that are "living" documents for the company.

Her work prior to forming Volant Strategies includes:

Director Health Management Practice, First Consulting Group, San Francisco, CA.  An international healthcare information management and technology consulting firm. Ms. Graugnard-Fall helped lead FCG's, emerging health management practice to assist clients effectively manage the utilization of health care services while demonstrably improving patient outcomes. Ms. Graugnard-Fall worked with clients to support strategic information, disease and health management initiatives. She served as an internal board member of the firm's applied research group.
 
Vice President New Business Development, Iameter, Washington, DC and San Mateo, California. A physician founded outcome measurement and severity adjustment health care software development and consulting firm. Sharon led the company's Federal advocacy programs during the Clinton health care reform debate. She was responsible for strategic planning and new business development initiatives.
 
Vice President, The Jefferson Group, Washington, DC, a public affairs, advocacy and operations consulting firm. She led the firm's efforts to assist one of the Baby Bell's design and implement their managed care strategy for more than 150,000 union employees across a six state region. She helped to implement an aggressive performance measurement program, which resulted in $3 million in savings the first year.
 
President, Preferred Health Management, Washington, DC. Ms. Graugnard-Fall founded a health care consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, business development, health management and performance measurement programs for the managed care industry.
 
Executive Director American Association of Preferred Provider Organizations, Washington, DC. A national trade association. Developed and led implementation of all member service programs.
