We negotiate a payment plan that works best for you based on the amount of time estimated to successfully complete your engagement and the projected duration of the project. We work with clients in a variety of ways including hourly rates, monthly retainers against which we bill and fixed retainers for longer-term engagements. We negotiate reduced rates for long term engagements, returning customers and for clients who refer new clients to us.

After discussing your needs and desired outcomes, we will submit a proposal for discussion outlining project objectives, benefits, approach, timeline and projected fees. Success depends upon effective and ongoing communication and collaboration with our clients.
